The parent guardian must arrive and check in at the sup school, they may leave the premises once checked in but must return by the end of the event or a further charged will be incurred of £25

2 Existing medical conditions Student struggles physically Required medication not readily available Medium Instructors to be made aware of students with medical conditions Ensure that relevant medications are readily available in a dry bag and instructor knows whereabouts (insulin, ventolin, epipen etc.)

3 Paddler struggling with stamina Paddler becomes too tired and doesn’t pace themself well. Not enough strength to return to Centre Medium Continuously monitor students for signs of fatigue and exhaustion especially younger paddlers with smaller physique Tow rope readily accessible Boards and paddles to be suitable size/volume

4 Poor behaviour Poor behaviour puts paddler and other members of the group at risk Low Be clear on briefing acceptable behaviour and expectations of the group Ensure adequate adult supervision End session early if necessary
