Experience a unique workout that blends the serenity of paddleboarding with dynamic fitness routines. Our 6-week course is designed for paddlers who want to improve their skills, gain confidence, and progress alongside like-minded individuals.
This course is not just for racers – it’s for anyone who wants to learn new skills, refine technique, and build strength on the water.
Prerequisites: You must be able to stand up, paddle, and perform basic turns. All types of boards are welcome, though be warned – after this course, you might find yourself wanting a pointier board!

Weekly Themes – Train 2 Gain Course
Week 1: Technique Enhancement
Focus on paddle strokes, body positioning, and board control to build a strong foundation.
Week 2: Balance Mastery
Engage in exercises to strengthen your core and improve stability on the board.
Week 3: Turning Techniques
Master different turning methods for better navigation and agility on the water.
Week 4: Drafting Skills
Learn to optimize your paddling efficiency by drafting and positioning for speed.
Week 5: Acceleration Training
Boost your acceleration with exercises that increase power, speed, and agility.
Week 6: Race Night
Put your skills to the test in a fun, friendly race night and celebrate your progress!

1-hour sessions – we start on time, no waiting for late arrivals
This course is for the river – we also run an ocean course in summer
Weekly session for 6 weeks at 6pm from the sup store
